All of our Kakadu products have a 1yr limited lifetime warranty on manufacturer defects. All other returns and/or exchanges will be charged up to 25% restocking fee and must be returned within 15 days from date of purchase.

All Ridge Outdoors products are subject to a 15% restocking fee.


All non-defective items returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee. reserves the right to require the purchaser to return the defective goods directly to the manufacturer for replacement.

Please note that Watershed has implemented a new policy that all warranty matters pertaining to their products must be addressed directly with their customer service department. If you would like to file a warranty claim, or return a bag that has become defective, you will need to contact Watershed directly.

All Wiley X eyewear is warranted to the original purchaser for life against manufacturing defect in materials and workmanship. Upon receiving returned eyewear that Wiley X determines to be defective, we will repair or replace it, at our option. This warranty does not apply to normal wear, including but not limited to scratched lenses, accidental damage, misuse, and other issues determined by Wiley X not to be a manufacturer's defect. Please include a shipping, handling, and processing fee of $9 with any warranty claim.

Please contact Wiley X to get a Return Authorization Number for all returns & exchanges. Returns must be in resalable condition, as determined by Wiley X. All returns must be shipped prepaid of origin, unless prior arrangements have been made. No COD returns will be accepted. New orders resulting from exchanges will be shipped upon receipt of returned merchandise unless other arrangements have been made with Wiley X. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, both inbound and outbound.

All Warranty and Replacement services are set-up for the end user only. All customers need to keep their original proof of purchase with the warranty card. The warranty card explains in detail how they can acquire a return authorization number. GATORZ provides a 2-year warranty for metal sunglasses and a one year warranty for plastic sunglasses against breakage and defects due to material and workmanship. GATORZ will replace any current style which is deemed to possess a manufacturer’s defect. Scratched lenses as a result of normal use are not covered  by this warranty.
